Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Innovation Asset Group, Inc. DBA Decipher IP (“Decipher IP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our public marketing website at decipherip.com and related pages we operate at that domain (together, the “Site”).

Site vs. product. This Policy covers personal information collected through the public marketing Site. Customer data processed in the Decipher IP SaaS product is governed by the applicable customer agreement and any data processing addendum (DPA), not this Policy.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Innovation Asset Group, Inc., an Oregon corporation doing business as Decipher IP. Decipher IP, Inc. (Delaware) is an affiliate / parent and may be named where relevant to corporate structure; the primary controller and Site operator for this Policy is Innovation Asset Group, Inc. DBA Decipher IP.

Mailing address: 1915 140th Ave NE #1715, Bellevue, WA 98005, USA
Privacy contact: privacy@decipherip.com

2. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we collect online through the Site from visitors and people who submit forms or email us about Decipher IP. It does not govern customer account data, invention records, or other content processed inside the Decipher IP product for customers. If you are a customer or authorized user of the product, the customer agreement (and any DPA) controls over this Policy for that product data.

3. Information we collect

We collect information through the Site in roughly two ways:

  1. Anonymous / aggregate analytics and technical data from Site visitors (for example, pages viewed, approximate traffic patterns, and device/browser technical details described under Cookies and logs).
  2. Personal information you choose to provide, such as when you submit a waitlist or contact form, or when you email us.

Depending on how you use the Site, personal information may include:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Company / organization
  • Optional fields you fill in on a form
  • Contents of messages you send us (for example, by email)
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, referrer, and timestamps (see Cookies and logs)

We do not require you to provide personal information to browse most of the Site. If you do not want us to collect personal information from a form, do not submit the form.

4. Waitlist

If you join our waitlist (or similar “first look” / soft-launch interest form), we typically collect:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Company (optional on some forms)

When you submit the form on the Site, the information is sent via a website form to an automation webhook (Make.com) and then into our CRM waitlist board (monday.com). We use that information to respond to your interest, send soft-launch and product updates related to Decipher IP, and schedule demos or follow-ups when appropriate.

5. How we use information

We use personal information collected through the Site to:

  • Respond to your requests and communications
  • Send product- and service-related communications about Decipher IP (including soft-launch and waitlist updates) consistent with how you contacted us
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and those of others

You may update preferences or ask us to stop marketing-style emails by contacting privacy@decipherip.com (or using any unsubscribe mechanism we provide in a message).

6. Service providers / processors

We use trusted service providers to help operate the Site and related soft-launch workflows. They process personal information on our behalf under contracts that limit use to providing services to us. Categories and current examples for the Site include:

  • Website hosting / CMS: HubSpot
  • Automation: Make (Make.com) — for example, waitlist form webhook routing
  • CRM: monday.com — waitlist / interest tracking
  • Email and workspace: Microsoft 365

We may also use cookies, log files, and other third-party processors under contract for Site analytics and operations. We do not list every subprocessors’ product name beyond what we currently rely on for the soft-launch Site; if you need a current list for a specific request, email privacy@decipherip.com.

7. Sharing and sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information for money.

We share personal information with service providers as described above, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety (for example, in response to a valid legal process, or if we have a good-faith belief disclosure is needed to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process).

We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on the soft-launch Site. If that practice changes, we will update this Policy and provide any required notices or opt-out mechanisms.

8. Cookies and log files

Like most websites, the Site may use cookies, similar technologies, and server log files. These may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referrer URL, and timestamps. We use this information to understand how the Site is used, administer and secure the Site, and improve the experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

9. Security

We take commercially reasonable precautions to protect personal information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim SOC 2 certification for the Site or company in this Policy.

10. Children under 13

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact privacy@decipherip.com if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us.

11. California privacy rights (brief)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to request that we disclose categories of personal information we collect, delete personal information (subject to exceptions), correct inaccurate personal information, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

As of the effective date of this Policy: we do not sell personal information for money, and we do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Opt-out of sale/share is therefore not applicable to current Site practices. To exercise know, delete, or correct requests related to Site personal information, email privacy@decipherip.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

12. EEA / UK requests

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom and have questions or wish to exercise applicable data-protection rights regarding Site personal information, contact privacy@decipherip.com. Depending on the activity, our legal bases typically include consent (for example, voluntary form submissions) and legitimate interests (for example, Site security and operations), or other bases permitted by law. We do not appoint an EU representative in this Policy.

13. Business transitions

If we go through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be among the assets transferred. We will provide notice consistent with applicable law (for example, by posting an updated Policy or other Site notice).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Review their policies before providing personal information to them.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you have notice of the revised Policy as posted.
